The selection of wood species and material grade should meet the design requirements. When it comes to unspecified material grades, the quality of wood used for all-wood mortise doors should meet the requirements in Appendix A of GB50210-2001.
● Wood moisture content
The moisture content of the selected wood should not be greater than 12%. In high-humidity areas and high-humidity months, the allowable value of water content can be slightly larger, but it should not be greater than the local equilibrium water rate of the month.
● Glulam
● Medium Density Fiberboard
The selection of medium density fiberboard should meet the requirements of the first grade product specified in GB/T11718-1999, the density is not less than 0.68g/cm, the distribution is uniform, and the texture is stable.
● Particleboard
When selecting particleboard, it should meet the requirements specified in GB/T 4897-2003.
● Plywood
The choice of plywood should meet the first-class product requirements specified in GB/T 9846.1~9846.8-2004.
●Formaldehyde emission
The formaldehyde emission of various glue materials selected should meet the requirements specified in GB18580-2001.
● Adhesive
The limit of harmful substances in the adhesive should meet the requirements specified in GB18583-2001.
● Paint
The limit of harmful substances in paint should meet the requirements specified in GB18581-2001.
● Glass
The glass should be selected according to the functional requirements of the appropriate variety and color, and safety glass should be used
